What to spray on trees. Treatment of fruit trees in spring. What to spray, optimal treatment methods

Grow high yield in the garden it is impossible without treatments against pests and diseases. The drugs are used in different phases fruit development, but most of them occur during the period of bud swelling. However, after flowering orchard needs spraying against pests.

The following types of means can be used for processing:

  • chemical - they are highly soluble in water, last from several days to a month;
  • combined – in a complex they cope with several types of insects at the same time, without requiring repeated application;
  • biological products - completely natural remedies, created on the basis of bacteria and beneficial microorganisms.

How to spray the garden after flowering?

All drugs mentioned in the article must be dissolved in 10 liters of water before use. If scale insects are found on the leaves after flowering, apply Karbafos treatment (90 g). You can replace it with Aktara or drug No. 30.

Of the inexpensive and common means, gardeners use a solution copper sulfate. To prepare it, 100 g of powder must be diluted in 10 liters of water. Treatment fruit trees at the end of the flowering phase, it allows you to get rid of most pests and many diseases. If mining moths were noticed on the branches (they are found on the bottom of the leaf and on its upper side), use Fozolon or Rogor-S.

If the garden has faded and the weather is warm, you should wait for the codling moth to fly out. In the evening, in dry weather, insecticides are treated: Kinmiks (2.5 ml), Karate (2 ml), Calypso or Insegar (5 g), Karbofos (90 g). Repeated spraying is carried out after two weeks.

When aphids appear on young leaves, you need to treat with Fitoverm (2 ml of the substance is dissolved in a liter of water) or use Hostaquik (2 ml). In June, if conditions are favorable for the codling moth, you need to repeat the treatment with the preparations described above. It is recommended to alternate medications to avoid addiction.

Ticks can cause a lot of damage in the garden. After flowering in June, the garden is treated against these insects with Neoron, dissolving 20 ml of the drug in a bucket of water. Also good effect gives spraying with a solution of colloidal sulfur (100 g). In July, you need to repeat treating the garden with a solution of copper sulfate to repel weevils.

How to spray stone fruit crops after flowering against pests?

Sweet cherries, cherries, plums and other stone fruit trees need protection from various pests after flowering. The treatment of these trees differs from spraying apple and pear trees. When the stone fruits have finished flowering, repeat the treatment with preparations containing copper. After flowering, the plum is sprayed with Decis (2 ml) or Karbofos (90 g); other preparations with a similar effect can be used.

After flowering on cherry and sweet cherry trees, when the ovary begins to actively grow, the years of the cherry fly begin. This insect lays eggs in future fruits. Also at this time, leaf rollers and aphids activate their activity. All these insects can be sprayed with Zolon or Sumition (dilution proportions are indicated in the instructions).

In June, the air temperature rises, then the plum moth appears in the garden. Karbofos (90 g) and Fozolon (diluted according to instructions) are effective against it. After 2 weeks, the treatment is repeated with the same drugs. To spray stone fruits, you can use an infusion of pine needles, a decoction of wormwood, an infusion of garlic, a solution of Cymbum preparations (1.5 ml) or Kinmiks (2.5 ml).

Despite the fact that stone fruits undergo active ovary growth after flowering, at the end of June the trees are recommended to be sprayed with Lepidocide (30 g), Fitoverm (2 ml), Bitoxibacillin (80 g). Such solutions effectively cope with the mucous sawfly.

Regardless of which tree was treated after flowering and subsequently, the use of synthetic preparations is completed 3 weeks before the start of the planned harvest. It is impossible to ignore spraying the garden against pests, otherwise the fruits and berries will be damaged, and some will simply die.

If trees are not given due attention, even with excellent seedlings and varieties from the orchard you can hardly wait good harvest. One of the most important maintenance activities is spraying fruit trees in the spring.

Timely and competently carried out procedure:

  • will help build reliable protection from a host of dangerous plant diseases;
  • will prevent attacks by insect pests;
  • will create a foundation for future flowering and harvest.

One of the most important events that opens a new summer season, is aimed at destroying pests that are still hidden from the eyes of the gardener. Many worst enemies fruit trees overwinter and develop inside the bark, in the surface layer of soil under the trees and even inside the buds.

When in the spring will treatment of fruit trees from pests bring greatest benefit? To prevent the massive appearance of an army of insects, the first battle with it is carried out when average daily temperature will overcome the barrier of +5 °C, and the main snow cover will disappear. It is impossible to name exact dates, because much depends on the climatic characteristics of the region and the conditions of a particular year.

Spring treatment of fruit trees before buds open

In most areas middle zone You need to start preparing for spraying in mid-March.

What does this preparation involve? Before you begin spring treatment of fruit trees against pests:

  • plants are inspected to identify damaged and dead shoots, cracks and wounds on the bark, crushed branches and other problems;
  • carry out detected dry shoots;
  • carry out cleaning of trunks and skeletal branches from lichens and peeled bark damaged during the winter;
  • Under trees and shrubs, last year's leaves and other debris are removed to prevent the proliferation of soil pests and not only to treat fruit trees against pests in the spring, but also to clean out the tree trunks under the plantings.

All of the above measures are aimed at reducing the risk of spreading infections from dead parts of plants to healthy ones. Therefore, after sawdust and cleaning, all wound surfaces and cuts on shrubs and in the spring, using a 1–3% solution of the substance in water. And only then is sealing done with garden pitch.

How to spray fruit trees in spring?

The choice of drugs for pest and disease control today is so wide that when visiting a store it is difficult to navigate through the colored packages. What products are suitable for spraying fruit trees in spring?

It can be recognized as the most popular remedy among gardeners in Russia. Copper sulfate is a fungicide that successfully combats such common diseases of fruit trees and berry bushes like powdery mildew and scab. It can be used in any weather throughout the year.

To make the treatment of fruit trees with copper sulfate in the spring more effective, it is used to prepare it. To do this, vitriol is mixed in equal parts with slaked lime.

The resulting blue liquid not only has fungicide properties, it:

  • fights bacterial infections;
  • helps to cope with certain types insects

Spraying fruit trees with iron sulfate in the spring is also aimed at combating plant diseases, but is used as a foliar fertilizing with an iron preparation. As with copper sulfate, two treatments of the garden with iron sulfate are required to achieve a lasting effect.

In early spring, diesel fuel is effectively used to treat trees against pests that hibernate under the bark. Forming a thin film that does not allow air to pass through, it is deposited on the surface of the bark and prevents insects from breathing. Usually the effect occurs within a few hours. The larvae and eggs laid in the buds and under the bark die without ever developing into an adult insect.

Spraying fruit trees in spring before and after flowering

The second stage of the attack on diseases and pests is carried out when the plants are preparing to bloom, the buds have already opened, and also at the stage of the appearance of the ovary. At this time, the main emphasis is on exterminating pests, as well as consolidating the results of the fight against diseases and infections.

How to spray fruit trees in the spring in order to harvest a full, healthy harvest in the summer? The garden is processed in two steps:

  • when the trees just begin to show colored buds;
  • when most of the petals fly around, and the first signs of ovary become noticeable on the branches.

At this stage, complex insecticides are used in combination with fungicidal agents. In addition, it is worth paying attention to foliar treatment of trees or urea. Chemical drug copes well with several tasks simultaneously:

  • fights most diseases of apple, pear and stone fruit trees, including all kinds of rot;
  • destroys pests at the stage of eggs and pupae;
  • is nitrogen fertilizing simulating the growth of green mass.

In large gardens located far beyond the boundaries of residential properties, spring treatment of fruit trees against pests is carried out using the drug DNOC, which simultaneously acts against ticks, insects and pathogens.

The drug is toxic, so serious safety precautions are required when using it. Processing is carried out very in early spring or in the fall, when the plants do not show signs of active growth.

Recently popular drugs of biological origin are good for disease prevention. If the tree is already sick or damaged by pests, such remedies, although they are safer for the plants themselves and humans, will not help much, and may not cope with the problem at all.

How is fruit trees sprayed in spring?

How to spray garden plants? How much solution may be required to irrigate a particular tree?

If you refer to the instructions included with the products chemical protection plants, there are always the proportions of dilution of the drug, as well as the approximate consumption of liquid per meter of area. But how can we rely on these numbers when spraying of fruit trees in the spring is carried out not only on the ground, but primarily on the crown?

That is why it is extremely important to prepare a high-quality sprayer before the beginning of spring, which allows you to moisten the most inaccessible areas of the tree using a directed jet. Usually, good device allows you to save chemicals, avoiding waste and providing a powerful, fine spray. A video about spraying fruit trees in the spring will help you master the technique of competently selecting preparations and irrigating plants. The treatment can be considered complete when the crown of a tree or shrub is wet on all sides, the trunk and root area of the soil, where insects can hide and fungal spores can overwinter, have been treated.

Spraying fruit trees in early spring - video

The snow melts and the battle for the harvest begins. In order to make your garden and garden lawn happy with its healthy, well-groomed appearance, you have to work hard. In spring, not only plants wake up, but also insects, without which no garden can do. It is impossible to destroy all pests if nature provided for their existence, but keeping them in limited quantities is the task of every gardener.

The trees have not yet woken up, only the color of the bark of the aspen tree standing nearby has changed slightly, and this means that nature has perked up. Even before the sap flows, a caring summer resident will do sanitary tree pruning and will shorten the long branches of last year. At the same time, he will rob the nests of hawthorns and leaf rollers that have overwintered in the trees. If you unfold such a cocoon, a landing party of leaf-eaters is ready to land there.

The ground around the tree trunk has already been cleared of snow, and all the fallen leaves need to be collected. She sheltered pests for the winter, which, when the soil warmed up, would move to the tree trunk and hide in a crevice in the bark. I have seen it when everything is still covered in snow, but an ant is already on a branch, crawling busily and looking for something. He didn’t say where he came from when his village was still in hibernation. So, the leaves were collected and burned, the bark of old trees was brushed, moss and lichens were removed, hollows were cleared and the seal was repaired.

First spring spraying of trees

It’s +5 0 outside, quiet and cloudy, morning or evening, which means it’s time to start chemical garden treatment, spraying trees. Early treatment has many positive benefits for the future health of fruit trees. Only under a magnifying glass can you see hidden and hibernating insects and their larvae in the cracks of the bark. Fungal spores have remained over the winter and are waiting for warmer weather to turn into harmful mycelium. Biological preparations are powerless in early spring, bacteria work only at temperatures above 10 0, so during this period you cannot do without chemistry.

Copper sulfate, Bordeaux mixture and their effect

You need to know that copper sulfate should be diluted in hot water in advance, and the entire solution should be filtered before using in a spray bottle.

For getting Bordeaux mixture mix two solutions, slaked lime and copper sulfate. Their parts by weight are already measured, and cooking instructions are on the package. Everything must be done in strict sequence, otherwise the solution will curdle and will only be suitable for pouring into compost heap. The Bordeaux mixture is gentle and suitable for a second spray on the green cone.

Concentrated urea as an early spray fungicide

You can use a urea solution in a concentration of 700 g per bucket of water in the spring to spray fruit trees on black branches, without swollen buds, once every three years. Action of urea in this case it is multifaceted:

  • as a fungicide reagent kills all spores and microorganisms;
  • how a concentrated caustic chemical destroys the chitinous covering of insects;
  • is a nitrogen fertilizer for trees;
  • delays the onset of tree blossoming for 7–10 days, protecting their ovaries from recurrent frosts.

On the other hand, this is the most cheap fertilizer. You can use this method of processing wood occasionally, since nitrogen fertilizers provoke an increase in green mass, and more severe pruning of the growth will be necessary.

If you add 100 g of copper sulfate and a soap solution to this urea solution, the spraying effect will increase.

Iron sulfate and its use

If the fruit trees are already of considerable age and have acquired moss, lichen on the trunks, there is scab and they were not treated with iron sulfate in the fall, then the first treatment should be done with it. This is also a selective fungicide. But he will fertilizing the orchard. Without iron, the fruits become smaller and their taste changes. Iron deficiency can be compensated for by adding trunk circle old bent nails, which the farm probably has. Spraying trees with iron sulfate in the spring will provide targeted fertilizing.

Like any vitriol, iron vitriol acts on any spores and mycelium located on the tree. The concentration of iron sulfate is not indicated on the packaging, so you should take 50 g per 10 liters of water for treating young trees with soft bark. An aged tree, depending on the condition of the bark, is treated with a solution of up to 100 g per bucket of water.

Second treatment of trees in spring

The air has warmed up to 10 degrees, insects have risen from the ground and are mobile. Everyone cares about procreation. Weevils and flower beetles need to prepare to invade buds, leaf rollers and aphids need to prepare to colonize young leaves. They are about to appear, the trees are already in a green haze. Spraying trees at this time is called processing according to the green cone.

Now they'll go insecticides, while they cannot cause harm, there are no leaves yet, there is no absorption of substances from the atmosphere. But if we grow an orchard in an effort to eat a healthy harvest without “chemicals,” then this should be the last chemical treatment. Next we need to switch to biological substances, herbal infusions, effective microorganisms. In the meantime, the temperature does not allow the use of biology to its full extent.

Therefore, Bordeaux mixture will be effective for spraying trees over a green cone. You can also use special fungicidal mixtures. At this moment, insecticides are applied individually, depending on the population of the garden with insects. It is necessary to create a barrier for pests from penetrating young foliage and flower buds. At the same time, the apricot is treated with colloidal sulfur at a concentration of 1%, or with fresh lime milk at a 1.5% dilution.

The following preparations are used when spraying against insects:

  • karbofos;
  • decis;
  • Zoton;
  • Anabasine.

Only a few insecticides are named, but you should choose the one that is most destructive to the common pest of the previous season.

Treatment of trees after flowering

Steady warmth, the garden has bloomed and buds have appeared. Now the spraying preparations in the garden must be changed. Herbal infusions and biological remedies, applied in a timely manner, are no less effective than chemical poisons. Therefore, let’s look at the drugs, what you can buy, and which ones you can prepare from improvised means.

TO biological drugs include Lepocid and Bitoxibacillin. Their action is aimed at destroying insects and caterpillars by introducing them into their food system. The bacteria infect the caterpillars and they die. And such formidable pests as spider mites are sterilized and become unable to reproduce. But only freshly prepared solutions act this way.

Fitoverm is a biological extract from plant substances. Its action is soft, but inevitable. Using EM-1 Baikal, a biological concentrate, for spraying, together with other biological products, we achieve enhanced effects of all components. Spraying with any additives is enhanced due to the special symbiosis of bacteria and fungi in the EM-1 preparation. Therefore, in total, the properties of the remaining ingredients only add strength to the composition.

Herbal infusions and decoctions based on natural poisons are also used by gardeners. It should be cautioned that although the plants are well-known, they must be used as poisons with caution, observing the dosage. There are many of them, but here is a partial list:

  • hemp;
  • hot chilli pepper;
  • nightshade;
  • tansy;
  • celandine;
  • garlic.

Infusions and decoctions of plants are used to spray trees. There is no way to indicate the dosage, but it is in any reference book. It should be noted that only fresh decoctions are effective. It's a good idea to treat the wood with soapy water. The spring storm of young foliage – aphids – really doesn’t like soap.

Spraying Tools and Safety Precautions

To carry out high-quality spraying of trees on large farms, there are mechanical installations. Gardener small area has several barrels, and there is no need for expensive equipment. For small areas Backpack or hand-held sprayers are available for different filling volumes. They can be with a continuous air supply or periodic pumping.

But any of the devices must have a retractable rod that can deliver the solution to the upper branches of the tree. Spraying of trees is then considered to be of high quality when every centimeter of the branch is moistened with a fine spray. The spray should be fine so that the liquid does not flow down the trunk, but wets the tree.

In this case, it is obligatory protective equipment- glasses, rubber gloves, boots with untucked trousers and a rubberized raincoat are indispensable items of clothing for an employee. Chemical burns are dangerous because they do not heal for a long time and you should not neglect safety measures.

The preparation of solutions should be carried out in special containers, enamel or plastic. Galvanized metal buckets cannot be used for diluting vitriol and urea. All remaining solutions after completion of work must be disposed of and the dishes washed.

Growing fruit crops inevitably involves the use of all kinds of technologies to protect against pests and obtain maximum yield. Among all the necessary procedures Special attention should be given to spring spraying of trees. Why spray trees in the spring, what solutions can be used safely, and how to properly spray trees and shrubs, our article will tell you.

Timing – when to start spraying fruit trees

The procedure for treating fruit trees must begin immediately after the snow melts and the air temperature warms up to +5 degrees Celsius. It is at this time that pests begin to wake up from hibernation and actively attack plants. If this deadline is missed, the harvest may be seriously damaged.

Ideal conditions for spraying: sunny day in early March. In order to carry out this procedure as efficiently and safely as possible, you should take care and prepare everything necessary in advance.

Algorithm of actions

Preparing the tree involves careful inspection and pruning of dry branches. At the same time, you can begin work on crown formation and remove excess. Be sure to also inspect the tree trunk. Free it from lichen, dry bark and dirt. Damage to the trunk must be especially carefully examined and “treated.” After treatment with antibacterial compounds, you can use a proven remedy - garden varnish, which helps quickly heal abrasions and acts as a protective barrier.

Fallen leaves must also be removed from the area. For the most part, pests and larvae overwintered there. It is also better not to use the leaf mixture for compost, but simply burn it in a separate container. By the way, the resulting ash can be successfully used for feeding and treating plants against pests and diseases.

When and how to prune fruit trees is indicated.

The first spraying is carried out during the formation of buds, the second time it is repeated during the formation of buds, and this is about a month later. For both stages it is necessary to choose different compositions. Prepare the solution immediately before use. It is not recommended to store the resulting mixture, as too many aggressive compounds are formed in it, and the benefits will be questionable.

Spray solution options:

  1. Carbamide (urea) is best used 5 – 6 days after flowering. For greater effectiveness, it is advisable to add a small amount of copper sulfate to the composition.
  2. Iron sulfate is used at an early stage of spraying. It not only helps to get rid of insects and harmful microorganisms, but also provides additional fertilizing with iron, which will have a beneficial effect on the quality and quantity of the crop.
  3. Copper sulfate, in turn, is great for getting rid of common diseases, and is especially useful for plum trees.
  4. Diluted diesel fuel. Spraying garden crops with diluted diesel fuel is very effective. It must be carried out very carefully and strictly in early spring. If the deadlines have been missed, it is better to use less aggressive substances.
  5. Special purchased drugs differ to varying degrees efficiency and greater aggressiveness, therefore it is necessary to strictly adhere to the manufacturer’s recommendations. In particular, apply protective layer on the tree trunk is necessary no more than once every three years, otherwise the plant will do more harm than good.
  6. Bordeaux mixture is a proven remedy for a wide variety of pests, which also actively affects insect larvae.

The product prevents the spread of major fruit diseases.

List of fruit trees and shrubs for garden plot presented .

This procedure algorithm is most suitable for spring treatment plants. To do this not only effectively, but also safely for others and the future harvest, you must follow the basic safety rules when working with aggressive and toxic substances.

A description of the Iput cherry variety is presented.

How to perform the procedure correctly. Good drugs

The above mixtures are sold with ready-made instructions for use, but it would not hurt to repeat the basic requirements. These mixtures are relatively safe for plants and humans, but they will not save you from severe pest infestations. If the situation is dire, you can try potent medications that can be applied immediately after harvest. In particularly severe cases, the only solution may be to cut down trees and plant a new garden.

Urea solution

For a standard portion, 10 liters of water, 700 grams of urea and 50 - 80 grams of copper sulfate. This is not only a good “shake-up” for pests, but also an analogue nitrogen fertilizer. It has long been noted that after treatment with urea, the flowering period fruit trees It shifts a little and happens about a week and a half later.

This reduces the risk of late frosts during the opening of delicate buds.

Most often, peach, apricot and plum varieties are treated with a urea solution.

Bordeaux mixture

The package contains 200 grams of quicklime and 100 grams of copper sulfate (at a concentration of 3%). This amount is for 10 liters of water. It would be optimal to add a little laundry soap whipped into foam to the resulting solution. This component will provide persistent adhesive properties, so rain after treating the trees will not immediately wash away all the substances and reduce the efforts to nothing.

Iron sulfate solution

Here the concentration of the main ingredient will depend on the age of the tree. If we are talking about young thin-skinned plants, it is necessary to dilute 50 grams of dry vitriol per 10 liters of water. For mature trees that have already acquired thick bark, the content of iron sulfate can be doubled.

Can't mix inkstone with lime in any form. For such a tandem, only copper sulfate is suitable.

How to grow low-growing tomatoes for open ground without stepson it will help to understand.

Copper sulfate solution

Usually you can find a special granular mixture on sale. They are also diluted with 100 grams per bucket of water (10 liters). Distinctive feature preparing the solution will gradually dissolve the granules. To do this, it is advisable to first take a small amount hot water, in which the granules dissolve faster. After stirring you need to add cold water to the required volume.

How to spray trees:

  1. It is optimal to use special sprayers that will ensure the most convenient and uniform distribution of the solution.
  2. When working, you must use tools personal protection.
  3. After treatment, it is undesirable to stay near trees at least during the day. You should close the windows of nearby buildings, and also do not use plants growing nearby for food, for example, greens.
  4. The tree or bush should be sprayed as evenly and abundantly as possible. It is very difficult to clarify approximate consumption rates, because many factors influence this.
  5. It is also necessary to cultivate the soil under the plant.

The procedure must be carried out in sunny weather and it is advisable to make sure that there will be no rain in the coming days, which will devalue the treatment. During spraying, people or animals should not be in the immediate vicinity. Possible plantings and water sources should be protected.

Basic rules for a successful procedure:

  1. Preliminary preparation and pruning of trees.
  2. Compliance optimal timing performing the procedure. The first stage is during the formation of the buds, the second about a month later, when the buds form.
  3. It is necessary to use only a freshly prepared portion of the mixture, otherwise there is a high risk of burning the young shoots.
  4. Compliance with safety rules is mandatory, as is the use of personal protective equipment: overalls, gloves and a protective mask.

Video

This video will tell you how to spray trees in the spring.

Hello, dear friends!

Nobody argues, organic fruits are great! But growing them is labor-intensive, takes a lot of time from gardeners, and not everyone can do it.

No matter how hard breeders struggle to create new, disease-resistant varieties and hybrids of plants, they are not yet completely immune to harmful pathogens, despite all the advertising assurances of individual sellers planting material. And all because the development of diseases and the spread of pests largely depends on climatic conditions during the growing season, and the weather, as we know, is unpredictable.

So it turns out that a gardener should always be prepared for the emergence of dangerous infections and all kinds of voracious insects, encroaching on his harvest. Well, if overwintering (last year’s) forms are preserved on the site, there will be an irreconcilable struggle between the gardener and the “freeloaders” for the fruits and berries.

When, what, how and from whom to save fruit trees and shrubs, an indicative schedule for protecting the garden from pests and diseases will help.

How and when to spray fruit trees and shrubs:

Spraying apple and pear trees

March – early April. I hope you have already done some early spring work in the garden. This includes clearing old bark and destroying wintering nests of hawthorns and lacewings. When pruning trees, it was necessary to cut out annual shoots with wintering ringed silkworm eggs.

April . When positive temperatures reach 4 - 6 degrees - treat the apple tree from. Overlaying catching belts on the stamps with Pestifix glue.

At the end of April - processing of the garden from stocks. To do this, during the green cone period (the period of bud swelling), 1% Bordeaux mixture should be used for spraying (100 grams of copper sulfate + 100 grams of lime per 10 liters of water). Substitutes are also suitable - the drug "HOM" (40 grams per 10 liters of water), "Kartotsid" (40 - 60 grams per 10 liters of water), copper sulfate (100 grams per 10 liters of water), "Abigapik" (50 grams per 10 liters of water). liters of water).

On the pear, at the beginning of bud break, mites are sprayed with “gray colloidal” (50–100 grams per 10 liters of water), “Neoron” (15–20 milliliters per 10 liters of water).

May. During the flowering period, it is possible to use biologically active drugs against leaf roller caterpillars, such as “Lepidotsid” (20 – 30 grams per 10 liters of water), “Biotoxicbacillin” (40 – 80 grams per 10 liters of water), “Fitoverm” (1.5 – 2.0 milliliters per 1 liter of water).

Immediately after flowering of apple and pear trees, if scale insects are present, treat the trees against stray insects with Karbofos (75 - 90 grams per 10 liters of water). It is possible to spray with the preparation "", preparation No. 30.

If there are upper- or lower-sided mining moths, it is possible to use “Fozolon” or “Rogora-S”.

Against scab and powdery mildew you can use the preparations “Skor” (2 milliliters per 10 liters of water) or “Topaz” (2 milliliters per 10 liters of water).

At the end of May, with the amount effective temperatures above 10 degrees, corresponding to the flight of the codling moth, it is recommended to treat apple and pear trees in the evening (from 19 to 24 hours) with insecticides. To do this, you will need one of these drugs: “Kinmiks” (2.5 milliliters per 10 liters), “Karate” (2 milliliters per 10 liters), “Karbofos” (75 – 90 grams per 10 liters), “Insegar” ( 5 grams per 10 liters), "Calypso". Seed crops can be sprayed again after 14 - 16 days.

Against aphids, it is advisable to use “Fitoverm” (1.5 – 2 milliliters per 1 liter) and “Khostakvik” (2 milliliters per 10 liters).

June. In the first summer month, under unfavorable conditions, a second treatment against codling moth may be necessary. The drugs are the same as in May. To prevent addiction, it is better to alternate medications.

If there are ticks, you need to treat the trees with “Neoron” (15 – 20 milliliters per 10 liters of water), “Colloidal sulfur” (50 – 100 grams per 10 liters of water).

Against scab, use "Skor" (2 milliliters per 10 liters of water), "Agat-25" (1.2 grams per 6 liters), copper sulfate (15 - 20 grams per 10 liters of water), "Impact".

July. This month, seed crops are treated with a weak solution of copper sulfate (5 - 10 grams per 10 liters of water). This technique has a deterrent effect - there will be no weevils on the trees.

All treatments with synthetic drugs should be stopped 20 days before harvesting.

So, we have figured out what and when to spray fruit trees of pome crops.

Spraying stone fruit crops

We include cherries, sweet cherries, plums, sloe, apricot, and peach as stone fruit crops. They have their own tree processing schedule.

April. During the period when buds begin to open, trees must be treated with copper-containing preparations against fungal diseases. Let me remind you: this is copper sulfate (100 grams per 10 liters), “Kartotsid” (60 grams per 10 liters) and copper oxychloride (40 grams per 10 liters), it is permissible to use “Kuprozan”, “Homitsin” according to the instructions.

May. After flowering of stone fruit crops, it is necessary to carry out repeated treatments with copper-containing preparations. Immediately after flowering, plum trees should be sprayed with karbofos (75 - 90 grams per 10 liters of water) or “Decis” (2 milliliters per 10 liters of water) against plum bud, etc.

June. When the air temperature is above + 10 degrees, carry out the first treatment against the plum moth with karbofos (75 - 90 grams per 10 liters) and Fozolon (according to the instructions). A second treatment is possible with the same drugs after 12 – 14 days.

Treatment of cherries against cherry flies (approximately the second half of June) with pine extract, garlic infusion, wormwood decoction or preparations “Tsimbush” (1.5 milliliters per 10 liters of water), “Kinmiks” (2.5 liters per 10 liters of water), etc. .

For scab, coccomycosis, moniliosis, and clasteroporiosis, it is necessary to treat stone fruit crops with copper preparations. In addition to 1% Bordeaux mixture and copper sulfate (100 grams per 10 liters), it is possible to use “Kartotsid” (60 grams per 10 liters of water) or copper oxychloride (40 grams per 10 liters of water).

July. Trees are sprayed (20 - 30 grams per 10 liters of water), "Bitoxibacillin" (40 - 80 grams per 10 liters of water), "Fitoverm" (1.5 - 2.0 milliliters per 10 liters of water) against cherry mucous sawfly larvae .

20 days before harvesting, all treatments with synthetic drugs should be stopped.

See you later, dear friends!
