Instead of a preface

K. Morley

Tell me, are you happy with your fate? How has your own life developed and is developing? By what you have already received from life, and by what you still hope to receive?

If yes, then please put this book on your shelf. It is not for you and not about you. After all, a person who is completely satisfied with everything that is and will be can relate to only one of two psychological types, namely: he is either a sage, or, excuse me, vice versa (according to Confucius, only the wisest and the stupidest do not change and do not strive for change).

In the first case, I simply have nothing to tell you, because everything that is described in this book, you have long understood, and not with your mind, but with your heart. And they became the true and sovereign master of their lives.

In the second case, it’s simply not worth talking about fate and its reprogramming - and not even because of the well-known saying about beads and those before whom they should not be thrown, but because of the uselessness and meaninglessness of this whole activity. Why talk about the possibilities of changing your life to a person who simply does not want to change it?

However, I hope that this is not the case. And you are one of the “silent majority” who are dissatisfied with their fate and are seriously thinking about changing it. If so, consider yourself lucky and you have found what you are looking for and what you want: a book that will allow you to get rid of the dictates of the not-so-successful fate programmed in your psyche and gain true freedom - the freedom to live the life you really want to live...

This opus is based on several very simple thoughts.

The fate of a person is a very real thing, having first and foremost psychological character.

It is written down not so much on some divine tablets, but in your own brain in the form of a set of programs of the unconscious part of the psyche.

Since all these “fateful” programs are unconscious formations, and therefore are not amenable to conscious management and control, we really cannot escape our own, but not always programmed, destiny.

And our life indeed turns out to be conditioned and predetermined - but in most cases not in the best way.

The only way to change this very “fateful predetermination” that we don’t like so much is to reprogram our own unconscious, that is, to change all those programs that determine the direction, course and course of our life.

Modern psychotechnologies, primarily and most of all based on neuroprogramming - a kind of forerunner of neuroscience of the third millennium - make it possible to carry out such self-reprogramming quickly, easily and relatively painlessly.

And all this is within your power. And you can do all this. If, of course, you want to. Tell me, do you really want this? If so, just turn the page—right now. And start your journey for new life and fate...

Main ideas and premises

The fountain of success must flow within ourselves; the one who is so ignorant of human nature that he seeks happiness by changing everything except himself will spend his life in fruitless efforts and will increase the troubles from which he seeks to get rid of.

S. Johnson

One day, a certain slave ran to his master in a panic and began to beg to be released to Samarra, one of the neighboring cities. To a reasonable question about the reason for such a rush, the frightened slave replied that he had recently met Death at the market, who looked at him meaningfully and threatened him with her finger. And that he wants to hide, hide, run away from her to Samarra, where, if he leaves today, he will be there tomorrow. The master took pity on the slave and gave him a horse so that he could ride away. And a little later, purely by chance, I met Death somewhere on the street hurrying about its business and found the courage to ask:

“Why did you scare my slave so much?”

- Scared? – Death was surprised. – I just reminded him that I’m waiting for him in Samarra tomorrow...

This and similar parables serve as an excellent illustration of the ancient truth: you cannot escape fate. Tell me, have you ever wondered why? After all, we humans seem to be endowed with free will. And we have every opportunity to build our life and destiny the way we want.

But for some reason, it often doesn’t work out the way you want (according to your needs). And it doesn’t even work out as well as it could (according to possibilities), which forces many to take to heart the common Marxist maxims about the omnipotence of circumstances, which, they say, do not allow us to live the way we would like. However, hand on heart, any of us, especially if at the same time he has to swear by something sacred, will agree with Andre Maurois, who once said that any person in just one day is given at least seven opportunities to change his life . And with Ilya Selvinsky, who bitterly complained that, supposedly, every life, whatever it is, is a world of missed opportunities...

However, in reality, over and over again we pass by a host of opportunities that could make our lives more effective and happy. And we begin to sincerely believe that it still exists - that same fate from which you cannot escape. But then the next one gets up, really interest Ask: where and how is it recorded? A question that secretly implies another: is it possible to rewrite your destiny? Let's try to understand these issues from a purely psychological (in the broad sense of the word) point of view.

Once upon a time I came across a phrase that literally sunk into my soul and, apparently, became one of the reasons for the appearance of this book (what a pity that I don’t remember it - the phrase - the author):

You can't escape fate. Because your destiny is in yourself. And you can’t escape yourself...

I was eighteen, and I was then studying at the Faculty of Psychology of Moscow State University. And I was interested in everything that could help me take place - that is, to make your destiny worthy of that extraordinary representative biological species Homo Sapiens, which I considered myself then (and still consider myself - but with justification).

I remember well how I rushed for an answer to the question of what in myself (I was practically not interested in the rest at that time) determines my own life and destiny. First to the teachers, who, after listening to my inspired speech, quickly extinguished my ardor, informing me that in materialistic psychology the question of the determination of human behavior and activity is considered from the point of view of the concept of social conditioning, revealed in the works of the classics of Marxism-Leninism, and fate as such is an idealistic concept and therefore is not seriously considered. And then - to books, the content of which went far beyond the academic course of psychological disciplines (for example, it was then that I learned about “essentially bourgeois” transpersonal psychology, which recognized and proved the possibility of the existence of human consciousness outside its material carrier – the brain). However, I did not find the answer at that time. And, disappointed, he tried to forget the question itself, for which he gladly plunged into the element of student freedom. And two decades later, having experienced downs, ups, shame, glory, poverty, and prosperity during this time, and somehow reflecting on my life according to the mood, I suddenly realized that it had turned out exactly as I expected. it should have happened, albeit perhaps not in the most successful way, that through the seeming chaos of events and circumstances of past life, some leitmotif of my life runs like a red thread. own destiny. It was as if someone or something, despite external obstacles and my internal resistance, was persistently pushing me in the right direction, moving me towards some mysterious goals and meanings. Despite everything and even without particularly paying attention to my own desires. So, “sliding and falling and rising again” (Maeterlinck), taking three steps forward and only two back (although I could have taken four), I still walked towards something destined for me, and only me. Along the road prepared only for me. And then I returned again to the question of what psychological mechanisms determines the life and destiny of a person, and even seems to have found the answer, or, more precisely, answers. And he created the Eastern version of neuroprogramming (EVN) - a science that allows you to take the reins of control of your life and destiny into your own hands.

I will now try to outline some of the most important provisions of this very BBN, which are necessary for you to understand this book and successfully program your new destiny. Don’t worry – there won’t be many of these provisions, but all of them are very interesting.

Let’s start, as it should be, “from the stove,” which will be the following very simple and, in my opinion, almost indisputable position. That the main sign of a successful destiny should be, of course, success. But the main criterion for this (success) in all centuries and times was, is and, it seems, will be human well-being as achieving a satisfactory (again, personally for him) standard of living. That’s right: satisfying, because, as you know, for some the caviar is not salty, and for others the porridge is not sweet.

Just don’t need your platitudes here like sex, power, status and money (or the so-called “three Ts”: “rags, cars, chicks” - in general, sheer “consumerism”...): something, but this goodness My ordinary clients (and as a world-class psychotherapist I charge very, very dearly for my services, so my clients are mostly rich...) are more than enough. But then this gentleman, packed from head to toe, arrives in a Brabus Mercedes, and after ten minutes of work, having lost all his usual arrogance, he begins to sadly tell how unhappy he is internally - despite all his undoubted external well-being.

So, a long time ago (but in this Galaxy), the Eastern version of neuroprogramming, and then neurotransformation, was based on the following basic definition:

Well-being = Efficiency + Happiness

What is so simple and precise that you don’t even want to argue? Of course - after all, if you think carefully about this formula from the point of view of the criterion as a sufficient and necessary condition, it turns out even more interesting. After all, efficiency (in business, money, relationships, etc.) then becomes only a necessary condition for this very well-being. But happiness is a sufficient condition (well, very sufficient...).

Let's go further, however, since I deliberately reduced the volume of this fragment - taking into account the fact that the population of our country is rapidly losing the ability to read fairly long (and smart!) texts. So, if we analyze human well-being into its components, it turns out that there are only five of them - basic and fundamental - which is why in the Eastern version of neuroprogramming there is the so-called "star of well-being" .

Rice. 1

In this star, everything, it seems to me, is clear without words - with the exception of only health, which has to be (everything else is possible, but not necessarily necessary, but this has to be) divided into:

Spiritual (a sense of correctness and necessity of one’s own life)

Psychological (when this very life “does not shake”) and

Physical (when the indicated part of health simply does not bother you).

And one more thing that you should remember as the “Our Father”: that human well-being is a complex phenomenon, and if you are prosperous in one area (and also prosperous, but only in one), but not very prosperous in others, you are not prosperous generally!!!

And my same clients - businessmen and even oligarchs, very, very prosperous in the field of money, complain in unison about “bastard” work (“from morning to evening, like a squirrel in a wheel!”), lost health (spiritual - because “there is no point in living ”, psychological - since there is only anxiety and depression, and physical - because, despite super-paid doctors (or grabbers?), “the body is “dead” right before our eyes”), completely ruined relationships (“all around enemies and bastards”), unsatisfying sex (“no, I can do it with Viagra, but still no buzz”) and almost completely absent love (“What are you talking about? Yes, they all want only one thing from me - my money! ").

Now let’s figure out where this very human well-being “lives”. What, do you really still think that's out there? Well, I just feel sorry for you! Have you really not bothered to understand at least the principle “from the inside - out”, according to which everything that is created by man in this world, was first created inside it (in the form of, for example, an idea, diagram and/or drawing) and only then - outside (in the form of, for example, a product or sample). And which in the Eastern version of neuroprogramming and neurotransforming was completely different, but in essence seems to be implemented in the so-called "law of incarnation" .

According to this law, you only have in your life what you already have in your own head. For example, if you don’t have an idea for a computer in your head, you not only won’t buy it, but you simply won’t recognize it when you meet, in best case scenario you will mistake it for some strange model of TV (and then only if this same TV is present in your head). And if so, then well-being as such always comes from the inside out and lives not outside, but inside you - in the form of perfection and luck. And from the point of view of psychology, it is described by the following formula created in the Eastern version of neuroprogramming and neurotransforming:

Prosperity = Perfection Luck

That's right - multiply. And when, purely by chance, but in a very pleasant place - in one of the best (I won’t say which) hotels in Sharm El-Sheikh - this formula “illuminated” me, I literally did not sleep all night, finally understanding what had happened and it happens: to me, to others and to the country.

So that it dawns on you too, let's start with the last one - with the country, or rather, countries. So, if we accept (for now) that a person’s perfection is a certain function of his education and abilities, and luck is directly realized in the ability to achieve goals with a minimum of effort(let’s take these definitions as working) and that both the first and second can be assessed on a ten-point scale (min = 0; max = 10), then when comparing two such constantly competing countries as Russia and America (USA), in which the latter clearly wins , you get the following.

Russia was initially (now, alas, this is no longer the case) a very perfect country (remember about the most reading nation in the world, our universal average and widespread higher education and other things that we inherited from the stagnant, but, in some aspects, very good USSR). And even though now we can no longer give it a solid “ten” for this perfection (if people read now, it’s only signs and annotations for what they buy, but about a decent education in the conditions of the Unified State Examination, coursework and diplomas downloaded from the Internet, and Also, the results of tests and exams are quite easily bought up on the vine, needless to say), there is still some groundwork and we still deserve seven points.

However, we are a surprisingly unlucky country, and this unluckiness did not come at all with the Bolsheviks or the new Russians (although it was still aggravated by them), but was initially inherent in the long-suffering Russian Empire. After a while you will understand why this is so, but for now I can only complain that no - well, no, that's all - I have room to give truly egregious, fantastic in stupidity and absurdity examples of this failure (or maybe , is this good?). So by luck we deserve no more than one point, which results in the following:

Well-being of Russia = 7 1 = 7%

(I remind you that 10 10 gives 100% well-being).

Unlike us, the United States does not at all shine with any kind of perfection (which is worth the mere fact that Americans study fractions almost in the highest grades), and if they stay in the mainstream and at the core of scientific and technological progress, it is only because account of migrants (from the same Russia, China and India). As a result, in terms of perfection, it can be given no more than a “four” (let me remind you: on a ten-point system). However, this annoying, rather stupid and yet very attractive country for many is simply fantastically lucky - ten points! Which results in the following:

US prosperity = 4 10 = 40%.

Well, is it clear now? It is clear that, as with efficiency and happiness, perfection is at best necessary condition well-being, whereas luck is a sufficient condition? It is clear that if we are not talking about countries, but about those same aforementioned others, it is precisely because of the dispersion, as mathematicians say, between perfection and luck that highly educated, honorably carrying spiritual traditions are so disadvantaged, but completely unlucky old Russians are so prosperous The new Russians, who are nothing but very successful?

And if, so to speak, to get personal (more precisely, to myself as an individual), you understand that if I personally had not previously shone with prosperity and only in last years, having corrected my own psychological situation, literally flew like a rocket into health, satisfying relationships, wonderful love and harmonious sex, as well as into an absolutely satisfying job, which, moreover, just then began to bring very decent money, then all this happened precisely as a result of the gap between my abilities and education, high and recognized by absolutely everyone, and luck, which ten years ago was very low?

It remains to add that it is in connection with all of the above that I defined the Eastern version of neuroprogramming as the science of human well-being efficiency and happiness resulting from perfection and luck - which is given and created by the dynamics and structure of human experience.

Let's look at perfection and luck, as they say even within the walls of the State Duma, “in kind and concretely.” Actually, if you carefully read the previous text, you probably already realized that perfection is that very dynamic aspect of human experience, based entirely on life programs. So, for example, you, trying to be more perfect, and therefore more effective (and therefore prosperous), spend a lot of effort on acquiring additional programs such as computer work, English or the notorious MBA. However, all these programs are built on the unshakable foundation of your reality maps, which first determine your luck, and then your happiness. And if a card is initially bad, the program built on it will never be good.

Perhaps it’s time to explain what these are – reality maps. Imagine two twins who, having barely learned to walk, decided to get acquainted with such a “fragment of reality” as dogs. Since this was really their first acquaintance, neither of them had any cards regarding the said animals. Due to some circumstances, they went to get acquainted with the dogs (more precisely, with that glorious representative of them who lived in the yard) in different time. And the first twin came to her when this dog was in deep euphoria over the hearty dinner she had just eaten, so she willingly offered up her pink belly and even just allowed herself to be played with. As a result, in the “dog” section of this twin’s charts, “cute, kind, affectionate and fluffy” were almost forever written down.

The second baby was unlucky - he approached the dog at the moment when she was either gnawing on a particularly tasty bone, or was simply dissatisfied with something, which is why she growled, or even barked at the child and even tried to bite him. As a result, in his card system, in the “dogs” section, the entry “scary, angry, growling and biting” appeared (again, almost forever!).

Veronica/ 10/8/2018 The author is awesome!!! He integrated all the cool psychotechnologies into the system, invented a really working technique, is constantly improving and helping all his students grow! But just reading will not help the reader; you need to take care of yourself. Thank you Sergey Viktorovich for your titanic work.

Elena/ 02.22.2018 To the comment "Vlad / 12.26.2015
There are negative reviews here, I don’t agree with all of them because I apologize for being frank, you can crap on any person. I watched his video on YouTube about the pigish attitude of parents towards their children, with which I absolutely agree. this is visible at every step in real life, I want to tell the authors of negative reviews, don’t fuck yourself and people’s brains, the author worked hard and offers the best, if you want, take knowledge, if you don’t want to pass by, don’t create a stink” -
Your parents didn’t force you to study much - start not with psychology, but with the Russian language. It’s simply indecent to write so illiterately.

Marina/ 04/08/2017 I am very grateful to the author for his competent and simple explanation of life programs and the opportunity to work on increasing one’s self-awareness. Thank you, Sergey Viktorovich!

Tatiana/ 04/06/2017 I love this man!!! Everything he says and the way he says it is just cool! I am grateful to myself for my curiosity, thanks to it I know about this author, and have the opportunity to listen, read, learn, and change.

Guest/ 12/18/2016 The whole problem is that you cannot create a “correct” image of yourself while in a “wrong” state. From a wrong state, you can only program an incorrect image of yourself and the circle will close. And people seem to encounter this on every corner and cannot understand why All these miracle techniques don’t work for them. Essentially, for a person who is in the “correct” state and has no special need to use any techniques, everything goes on as usual. And is self-hypnosis enough to achieve certain results, I think the answer is obvious

Eugene/ 12/17/2016 The author has deteriorated terribly. In general, even before that, his books were nothing but show-offs, supposedly with a hint that if you come to the seminar, I’ll tell you more there. But now even some students have turned their backs on him. He got arrogant and arrogant.

Andrey/ 12/16/2016 Funny flatterer, simple as a fellow.
Business is business. I understand.)))

Wadi/ 12/13/2016 It all comes down to creating a good image of yourself and removing the bad one, and Kueva cloud is written about this books, and all the meaning is what I said. But nowhere is it written why it works. Why on earth. You better tell me why it works and where it all comes from, and then I’ll figure it out myself.

Ruslan/ 12/10/2016 Natalya / 12/30/2015
10 I love Kovalev very much. I’ve read and watched a lot. One thing I don’t understand is his greed. After all, the main thing is to give, to share, the more you give, the more you have.
***************
This means you haven’t GIVEN enough to get Kovalev’s books for free :-)))

Elena/ 10/14/2016 Alina T, “By the way, people are a mirror image of each other. If you look in the mirror and see greed, remember that you see yourself. Either look for the good, wise, eternal, or don’t look in the mirror.”
Take a look at yourself. What's there in your mirror?

As for YouTube, I prefer to read in order to quickly skim through something, and to focus on something and think about it. And I have no time to sit at the computer, watch what I probably don’t need.
Running my eyes. It’s immediately clear whether you should spend time on it or not.

Alina T/ 05/1/2016 After getting acquainted with the author and his works through films and broadcasts, I feel even more sorry for the fatherland. Here they criticize the author for greed, saying that he won’t let you download books... Go through YouTube... don’t be lazy... the author is CONTINUOUSLY developing and recommends not reading books for the effect, but participating in seminars and listening to his speeches. Because by the time a book is completed, it ceases to be relevant...he says so himself. Moreover, he also says that books contain 1% of everything he knows...Gentlemen, the author is a perfectionist and he knows about it and works on his shortcomings, he says so himself...
How has the culture become crushed if so many people immediately fall for the topic of money... By the way, everything is free on YouTube, don’t be lazy and go there. You will be very surprised. Especially those who talk about greed. By the way, people are mirror images of each other. If you look in the mirror and see greed, remember that you are seeing yourself. Either look for good, wise, eternal things or don’t look in the mirror.
Good luck everyone

Kovalev S.V. began his scientific activity in the bowels of the Moscow Institute of Management named after. Ordzhonikidze (now State Academy Department), where he dealt primarily with issues of motivation. One of the recognized studies, in which Kovalev S.V. took an active part, was called “Study of motivation for advanced training of executives” (A.V. Filipov, S.V. Kovalev) was published in the journal “Questions of Psychology”.

Sergei Kovalev - a brilliant and controversial modern Russian psychologist and psychotherapist. Doctor of Psychology and Philosophy, teacher and supervisor, member of the European Association of Psychotherapy.

The basis or basis of his work can be considered neurolinguistic psychotherapy, and NLP in general, which he was one of the first to actively use in Russia. But, he made quite a lot of effort to adapt the method in a unique way and create his own direction, which he called the Eastern version of NLP - a modality of psychotherapy and counseling. This approach has been officially recognized in practice in Russia and neighboring countries.

Sergey Kovalev himself prefers to call his module “integral neuroprogramming.”

Kovalev’s biography totals thirteen years of experience labor activity as a therapist, teacher, and counseling specialist. Thanks to this, there was an assumption about the presence of at least four options psychological therapeutic assistance.

The author positions that instead of often disparate methods, a complex conglomerate and approach of intentional therapy was obtained, which is now recognized as PPL¸ and also the principle of life levels was formulated and a methodological system of existential transitions was developed. The primary model of transcendental level psychotherapy has been identified and is being actively practiced.

Integral neuroprogramming has existed since 2010 and is actively used in the activities of the Center for Practical Psychotherapy. In addition, Kovalev also created the Institute of Innovative Psychotechnologies, which is actively developing this area, developing new trainings and courses with practical application method to the existing needs of society.

As a psychologist, Sergey Kovalev sets himself the following main tasks, which he calls a “mission”:

  • help in overcoming psychological and socio-psychological stress;
  • promote adaptation and socialization of the individual in the broad sense of the word;
  • help find individual ways to increase the effectiveness of an individual’s life in all relevant areas;
  • contribute to the establishment of internal comfort and feel satisfaction with daily existence;
  • contribute to the growth of personality, its development at all relevant levels.

Psychotherapeutic sessions are conducted according to the developed modality. But the institute founded by the professor sets itself the task of further promoting the method and training other specialists. Moreover, the improvement of the methodology is ongoing, due to the constantly transforming society and the reality around us. Therefore, says Sergei Viktorovich, there is no limit to self-improvement. He teaches this to his followers too.

What are the main advantages and differences of the modality?

In Integral Neuroprogramming, unlike most similar methods, there is no clear consultation beginning. The very idea of the level of psychotherapy depends on the level of functioning of the individual. That is, counseling is always personal and aimed at a specific person.

But, at the same time, the client is given clear techniques and algorithms, depending on his requests. He, as they say, does not need to “reinvent the wheel.”

Introduced unique system concepts, techniques, consulting technologies from the point of view of the required levels, directions and their possible application.

Genius or cult leader?

However, like many successful people, Kovalev has both ardent fans and, to put it mildly, oppositionists.

Thus, enthusiastic reviews from clients whom Sergei helped deal with their problems are juxtaposed with more restrained, if not critical, posts from some of his students.

In particular, he is accused of appropriating the general achievements of the institute, “harassing” students who broke away for “free bread”, as well as an excessive obsession with profit. It is worth noting that the issuance of diplomas according to his author’s methodology, of course, belongs only to him. But at the same time, prerequisite is the constant “retraining” of students, which, according to the students themselves, is unreasonably expensive. As one of his students gave an example, imagine that you have been given a diploma, that you are a certain specialist (for example, an accountant), and you constantly need to confirm that you are “really an accountant,” “a real accountant,” and so on ad infinitum.

According to some people, this "guru worship" is beginning to sound like a cult. Especially considering that the professor is one of the most financially successful psychotherapists in Russia.

Judge for yourself

We will still try to be as objective as possible in our assessment. Sergei Kovalev is indeed a brilliant psychotherapist and a unique scientist who has created a therapy adapted for our conditions. At the same time, he is also an excellent entrepreneur, which you can learn from. In the same time, a large number of negative reviews indicate that, naturally, there are people who do not accept him as a person and as honest teacher. Who he is for you, and whether you want to get acquainted with his work is up to you to decide.

He was born quite a long time ago, but as a person who plans to live happily ever after (due to the neuroprogramming of his own Consciousness and Body), he has already changed his date of birth twice.

Successfully graduated from the Faculty of Psychology of Moscow State University(although he lost his honors diploma due to a “B” in the exam on scientific communism). Having changed several rather exotic places of work (such as the Krasnogorsk Mechanical Plant, the Krasnogorsk Komsomol State Committee and even the Higher Commissariat of Staff under the Komsomol Central Committee), I was relieved to get a job at the Department of Sociology and Psychology at the Moscow Institute of Management. And in vain, since it turned out that this is another office that fully and completely meets the principle of “a flock of comrades” and “a terrarium of like-minded people.” Out of grief, he wrote and published his first books on the psychology of the modern family. Unable to withstand the terror of his fellow cathedral members, he fled to free bread, opening one of the first cooperatives in Russia. He never returned to the civil service, but managed to fall deeply in love with NLP, and while in this still ongoing state of love, he also defended himself, and at the same time created his own scientific direction: the Eastern version of neuroprogramming (the author’s method of counseling and psychotherapy). He opened his own Center for NLP Technologies in order to move neurolinguistic programming not only forward, but also to the masses.

I joined the work of the World University for the Development of Science, Education and Society (WUDSES) in order to somehow contribute to the rapprochement of educational and scientific programs Russia and the world. Within the framework of the All-Russian Professional Psychotherapeutic League (OPPL), he created an Interregional Department of NLP consulting, coaching, psychology and psychotherapy, sincerely (but apparently unsuccessfully) hoping to unite the heterogeneous and diverse actions of “gentlemen enelpers”, and at the same time somewhat increase the level of qualifications and demand designated community. I became a member (perhaps in vain) of many public organizations, including (if I’m not mistaken) the “Drug-Free Russia” movement and the Guild of Automotive Journalists. I wrote a bunch (about two dozen) of books on psychology and neurolinguistic programming, and not only did not stop, but on the contrary, I began to write them with redoubled zeal.

Now lives happily in own home in the near Moscow region, from where he travels to Moscow not often and not willingly. He conducts a lot of trainings in the Moscow region and in Rostov-on-Don, and plans to significantly expand this geography. He still works incredibly hard, but with even more pleasure.

He has been happily married for a long time, raising his beloved daughter, and among other household members, a dog and a cat. He is no longer young, but still far from being the same as before, but he is engaged in martial arts and the “iron game”. Moderately but confidently, she practices esotericism, qigong, meditation and astral flying. And, most importantly, he is going to do a lot more in this earthly life...
